It will also be a question of the museum making its collections better known through its documentation center, and through digital means, in order to distribute them to as many people as possible.

Finally, the museum will have to continue its action in favor of the protection of its architectural heritage and launch the premises for the repair of the roof of the frigidarium , the roofs and the facades of the medieval hotel , today in a poor state of conservation. "

Die museum strek oor 3 500 m 2 (insluitend 2 000 m 2 van uitstalruimte). Dit bring sowat 23 000 werke en voorwerpe bymekaar (waarvan 2 300 uitgestal word) uit 'n tydperk wat strek vanaf die Romeinse Galiese tydperk tot die 16e eeu. Dit beslaan 'n geografiese gebied wat Europa maar ook die Bisantynse en Moslem-Ooste sowel as die Maghreb insluit.

The exhibition "Toulouse 1300 - 1400" displays the emergence of the southern gothic, depicts a unique inventory of creativity in Toulouse in the 14th century.

In particular, the exhibition features four statues from the Rieux chapel, masterpieces of 14th century polychrome sculpture. Toulouse miniatures will also be in the spotlight thanks to some fifteen illuminated leaves and manuscripts.

More than 80 works are on display, showing the richness of Toulouse's creative output during this period, as well as the back-and-forth of influences between Toulouse, Avignon and the Pyrenean valleys.

The exhibition is organised by the Musée de Cluny and the Réunion des musées nationaux - Grand Palais. It has benefited from an exceptional loan from the Musée des Augustins in Toulouse.
